I always shake my head when we volunteer at the soup kitchen and other volunteers don't use basic care with the Keurig we use in the morning preparing the meal for the day. Either it's out if water because someone didn't refill it or they leave their used K-cup in there (99% of the time). I do my part and feel good about it, refilling the water and throwing away the old K-cup and then mine.
Thanks for your newsletter Mario, I have been reading it for a long time now and enjoy the running news and having access to your workout of the week, which I try often, all be it at a steadier pace than yours haha. I like the new format also. Cheers Dave from Aus
I am a distance runner, but I still love watching 400 and 800 races. Indoor, outdoor, men, women. Thanks for the great content Mario!
Same! They're so short and intense and competitive that you're guaranteed to get something good every time. 400/800 rarely disappoints. Thanks Marty!
