Thanks for sharing Mario - glad you saw value in the sleep piece.
Appreciate you!
Also, love Deek's quarters. There's some discussion in Aus running circles of whether to start or end on the float (mostly because people use this as a rough estimate of 5K time and thus sometimes don't "float" after the last rep) - a fun variant.
FWIW I think it makes more sense to start with the float if for no other reason it helps you to ease in a little more before pushing the first quarter.
Man, Mario, it feels like this was written just for me. I woke up after a rough night’s sleep, and this was the first thing I read. What a fantastic piece—great work, my friend!

Agree Mario - especially if your age start with a 3 or more
Love Deek's quarters! My 5k PB is from this workout 😁😁🙈
That’s one way to do it, haha.

Thank you so much Tyson! Glad it hit you at the right time.
Great stuff! From simplifying running form to the Kruangbin / Leon Bridges mention 💯 - love the content and layout of your post.
Thank you, Anne/Avery! Love that you called out those 2 in particular given that they couldn’t be more unrelated, haha.
